- Misprints: If the printing doesn't match the product description or preview (e.g., incorrect text placement or colors).
We do not accept returns for:
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., washing instructions not followed).
- Personalized or custom designs beyond our standard offerings.
All products are made to order, so we cannot resell returned items unless they're faulty.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report an issue.
- For quality issues, we'll work with Printful to resolve it promptly—often without needing you to ship the item back.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
