the pricing is for up to 50 guests, please add $10 for every 10 guests over 50 & please note that the building can comfortably hold up to 100 guests
any time in the building is rented time, so please considering adding extra time if you feel you need it for decorating and/or cleanup *we will have your tables and chairs setup prior to your arrival
the rental incudes use of our white Chiavari chairs 8' rectangular & 6' round tables for guest seating & 4 to 6' rectangular tables for gifts, food, etc. It also includes a Bluetooth capable sound system, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms for guests.
We offer other services to help alleviate your stress during your event such as linen rental, a decor package, or a balloon arch. These options are almost all completed prior to your arrival.
