Return Policy for Rocky Meadow Farm

At Rocky Meadow Farm, we want you to love your custom-printed items, like our "But Did You Die?" mugs, hats, t-shirts, and hoodies. Since we partner with Printful for print-on-demand fulfillment, our return policy is designed to address quality issues while reflecting the custom nature of our products. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Eligible Reasons for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following issues:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked mug, torn fabric) or defective (e.g., poor print quality, fading, or manufacturing flaws).
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or design due to our or Printful's error.
• Misprints: If the printing doesn't match the product description or preview (e.g., incorrect text placement or colors).

We do not accept returns for:

• Normal wear and tear after use.
• Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., washing instructions not followed).
• Personalized or custom designs beyond our standard offerings.

All products are made to order, so we cannot resell returned items unless they're faulty.

2. Timeframe for Returns

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report an issue.
• For quality issues, we'll work with Printful to resolve it promptly—often without needing you to ship the item back.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Email us at rockymeadowfarmok@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (including any packaging and labels).
• We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and guide you on next steps.
• If approved, options include:
  • A full refund to your original payment method 
  • A replacement item at no extra cost.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
• For approved returns, you may need to ship the item back to Printful's return address (we'll provide details). Do not ship items without our approval.

4. Shipping and Costs

• Return Shipping: For quality issues, we'll cover return shipping costs or reimburse you if you pay upfront. For any other reason (if accepted), return shipping is your responsibility.
• Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to avoid loss.

5. Refunds and Processing

• Refunds are issued after we (or Printful) inspect the returned item, typically within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
• We reserve the right to deny claims if the item shows signs of use or if the 30-day window has passed.
